Here we go again!

It's true! Sourav and I have decided to take the plunge yet again and welcome another little one to the family. After another first trimester full of morning sickness, I am finally starting to feel a little bit more normal. I am not sure how normal you can feel while being pregnant and chasing after a toddler, but I can eat again!
So fast forward a few weeks, and here I am at 20 weeks and about to find out whether we are having a little girl or boy. Obviously it would be nice to have a girl since we already have Sai, but a healthy tiny is of course the ultimate goal.
I am still at St. Luke's and was really excited that my first appointment was with Mary, the midwife who delivered Sai! We are trying something different this time around and participating in the "Centering" program at St. Luke's. Instead of going to the midwife each month, Sourav and I will be meeting the midwife with a group of other women due in November. We meet for two hours each time, talk about our pregnancies, discuss nutrition, exercise, etc..basically everything and anything to do with pregnancy, childbirth and parenting. It is sort of a support group, a place to bond with other parents during this special time. I thought since we will not be taking a birthing class this time around, that this was a great opportunity to meet some other parents and make this pregnancy feel just as special as the first one was. Each person gets some personal time with the midwife to go over test results, hear the heartbeat, etc. Our first meeting is next week and I am looking forward to seeing how it is!
Other news, my lovely sister is also expecting, a little boy, and our due dates are just one week apart. We are really excited that our kids will be so close in age.
Here is an early ultrasound picture. The baby has been awesome so far. I started feeling the little one move about 4 weeks ago.
Tomorrow is the big day. We find out the gender and get to see that our munchkin is growing and developing on schedule. Stay tuned....
